Rooms at the Marriott in Kendall Square sold out as of 3/30.

We have just secured 2 new blocks of suites.

The more moderate option is at the Marriott Residence Inn at 6 Cambridge Center, a short walk from the Kendall Square Marriott. The rate is $169/night plus tax and fee and the cutoff date for reserving a room is April 14th. There is a two night minimum stay requirement for Saturday night. Parking is $23.

**Please note that if you are looking to book reservations online, if you attempt to make a reservation to check in prior to April 30th or choose to stay beyond May 2nd, the system will respond that there are no rooms available. Call the hotel instead.

The other block option is at the Kendall Hotel, across the street from the Marriott in Kendall Square at 350 Main Street, Cambridge, MA (866) 566-1300 -- http://www.kendallhotel.com/ . The cutoff date for reserving a room is April 12th; the whole hotel is non-smoking.

We have a limited number of rooms reserved at the Kendall Hotel for $209 plus tax and fee. Parking is $10 for hotel guests only. Please say you are part of the Harvard Holden Choir Reunion. There is also a two-night minimum requirement for this rate.

Childcare

We want you to bring the kids! Our weekend planning committee has found a reputable group-childcare provider, the same company Harvard uses for annual alumni reunions. Parents who bring their children would accept the cost and liability for this service. The service would be available only during the Saturday night banquet.

Do note that we can facilitate this special arrangement only if we have a minimum number of children partaking. Costs would be less than hiring a local babysitter and the kids could play together.

If you are interested in participating in this childcare option, please be certain to register by APRIL 6 and indicate your interest as you register. If there is sufficient interest, in early April we will be sending out more information about services and fees for you to look over and use to make a final decision.

If we aren't able to offer a group childcare option, we will point you in the direction of local childcare providers.
